Case study

Vietnamese delegation

Home Office International Operations (HOIO) secured a senior Vietnamese delegation led by the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Security — the first time a Vietnamese Minister has attended S&P.

The delegation met Policing Minister Sarah Jones MP and Shaun Hipgrave, Director National Security Protect and Prepare, with bespoke site visits to HMP Norwich and a London Fire Brigade station. Vietnam's attendance directly facilitated the signing of a multimillion pound export contract with a UK company.

Senior impact

What leaders said about S&P.

"I found the AI roundtable very helpful — I thought it was a good cast list and it was well organised."

Richard Clarke · DG Public Safety Group

"We can brief a 30 page technical document in a five minute plain language session on the stand, given a dedicated opportunity with the right official, so it's clear in their mind where we may fit into any potential solution."

Paul Clarke · CEO, Claritas
